Pre-Loaded USB Drives


Custom USB drives have become a hot ticket lately. You can have them pre-loaded with your marketing message to distribute all sorts of files to customers, employees, students, etc. By distributing your files on a USB flash drive you save on the cost of printing and you help the environment. You can preload any file type and as many different files as you want. The most common pre-loads are PDF brochures or catalogs, movie clips (commercials or training videos), PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents. There is no limit to what files you can load onto a USB drive.

Catalogues
Catalogs are costly to produce, hard to ship and can take up valuable desk and storage space. Hand out your catalog on a USB flash drive and you’ve saved yourself time, labor and the environment.

PowerPoint Presentations and Slideshows
An average 10 slide PowerPoint presentation is less than 1MB in size (330kb). Be prepared for anything with a library of useful presentation materials and slideshows.



Video Presentations and Flash Animation
The average 2 minute video on YouTube is approximately 4MB. With a 128MB USB flash drive you could hold over 32 of the same size video as seen in the link above...that's a full hour of video content.

Photo Albums and Digital Artwork
High-resolution digital images are roughly 2MB in size, so think... on a 2GB drive you can hold up to 1,000 digital photos. The average photo album holds 200 photos... that’s 5 full photo albums on one little drive.

Text Only electronic Documents
When used to store text-only electronic documents, a 1GB USB flash drive can store 1,000’s of files with a single data-load. And remember, USB flash memory is reusable. Copy, delete and repeat!
