I think these are so clever! Inside the barrel of the pen is a pull-out retractable scroll. My first thought was that these would be perfect for anyone who wants a handy season calendar, especially sports teams and arts organizations. But this would be an effective marketing tool for pharmaceutical companies, product launches, maps - any message that you'd like to be conveniently available.
